What is a regression and why would anyone want to do that?
Regression is the term used for helping someone retrieve detailed memories from the past. Regressions are very helpful because
many emotions and behaviors which undermine our happiness in the present have their origins in our past. Sometimes when we behave in a "childish manner" there is reason to believe that the behavior is rooted in an Inner Child experience (see anything by John Bradshaw). When we can revisit the stimulating event, we can change how we carry the event in our memories. This allows us to make desired changes in our behavior in the present.

What is a progression?
A progression allows you to "experience" yourself in the future. The value here is that you can build a subconscious memory of having already lived through a crisis you might be enduring. Progressions are helpful when someone is catastrophically ill or suffering from the depths of grief. The experience of seeing, hearing, feeling and living a better, healthier experience helps the person in crisis know at a body level that they can come out of the situation and go on.

What is Acupressure Massage?
The acupuncture points are pressed in a particular order and fashion so as to stimulate the points and move Chi around inside of the energy body. Unsticking the Chi allows for relief from symptoms and stimulates the natural healing response. It is a clothes-on bodywork therapy.

What is Structural Bodywork?
It is commonly agreed that joints have a range of motion. For example, the elbow should bend in such a way that one can touch the same side shoulder and extend into a straight line. One should be able to repeatedly move through this entire range without pain or impediment. If you cannot move your joints through a full range of motion, you need to see a physician and perhaps undergo a course of physical therapy. However, if when you see your doctor, you are told there is nothing the matter with your joint, you could be a good candidate for structural bodywork. Structural bodywork address "habitual holdings and stances" that come from your opinion about your body and how it should be carried. These opinions are often based on childhood observations of important people in our lives or responses to information we have stored along the way. Structural bodywork is a clothes-on modality which is often used as an adjunct to hypnotherapy.
